When booking with this company, be sure to stay home during the service, as they do not complete the job thoroughly when unsupervised. I’ve used this company for over a year, and this time they insisted my home be completely empty—something impossible for me as I’m pregnant and my children were home from school for the week. I had nowhere else to go. Instead of asking me to relocate to another area of my home, they canceled my appointment and chose to discontinue servicing me altogether. As a business, they demonstrated poor customer service and no effort toward customer retention. Rather than finding a solution that accommodated both sides, they avoided accountability and dismissed the fact that I was unable to leave my home. Very disappointed.
